The Wright Step to Senior Living was built in Bradenton, Florida, by a licensed clinical social worker and a senior care professional who spent years watching families navigate this decision.

The pattern was always the same. A family would begin searching, hand the search over to a referral service, and end up touring a short list they didn't assemble — without knowing that the service was paid a commission by the community they eventually chose.

Nothing about that is illegal, and many placement professionals do careful work. But it puts a financial interest between a family and one of the most important decisions they will make.

We built The Wright Step to take that interest out. Communities pay a flat annual subscription to be listed. That figure does not change based on which family chooses which community, or whether anyone moves in at all. Families search, compare, and reach out on their own — and no one is paid more for the outcome.

We serve six counties across Southwest Florida: Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, DeSoto, Lee, and Collier.
