Agreement
These terms govern your use of The Wright Step to Senior Living, operated by MynaCare LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the service, you agree to them.
What the service is
The Wright Step is a directory. We list senior living communities and allow families to search those listings and contact communities directly.
We are not a placement agency, a referral service, or a healthcare provider. We do not recommend communities, evaluate whether a community is appropriate for a particular person, provide medical or clinical advice, or participate in admissions decisions. Choosing a community is entirely the family's decision.
How the service is funded
The Wright Step is free for families. Communities pay a flat annual subscription to be listed.
We do not receive commissions, placement fees, per-inquiry charges, or any payment tied to whether a family moves into a particular community. A community's subscription is the same regardless of how many families contact it or how many residents move in.
Listing information
Community listings — including descriptions, photographs, pricing, care levels, licensure, and availability — are provided by the communities themselves. We do not independently verify this information.
Families should confirm all details directly with a community, including current pricing, licensure status, and availability. Licensure can be verified through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
Using the service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service only for finding or listing senior living
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data
- Not use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Community accounts
Communities that subscribe agree to:
- Maintain accurate and current listing information
- Hold all licenses required by the State of Florida for the care they provide
- Respond to family inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Use family contact information only to respond to that family's inquiry
- Not sell, share, or transfer family information received through the service
Commercial terms, including fees, term length, and renewal, are set out in each community's separate subscription agreement.
Assistance
We may help families understand how to use the service, what different care levels mean, and what questions to ask when touring. This assistance is general in nature. It is not a recommendation of any community and is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by any community, for admissions decisions, for disputes between families and communities, or for any agreement a family enters into with a community.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MynaCare LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. For families, who pay nothing, our aggregate liability is limited to one hundred dollars. For communities, liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
