The Wright Step to Senior Living is operated by MynaCare LLC ("we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Bradenton, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through our mobile application and this website, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

What we never collect

We do not collect medical diagnoses, medications, cognitive assessment scores, medical records, or clinical documentation of any kind. We are a directory, not a healthcare provider and not a placement agency, and we do not conduct clinical assessments.

Information families provide

When you create a family account, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The area you are searching, how far you are willing to travel, the level of care you are looking for, and your budget range

You may also choose to share additional preferences. All of these are optional and you can skip any of them:

• When you are hoping to move and who you are searching for
• Where your loved one currently lives
• Preferences about community size, faith, language, pets, and room type
• Activities and social preferences
• The kind of daily support you are looking for, including help with everyday tasks, recent falls, and how much daily care you have in mind

This information is self-reported by you. It is not a clinical assessment, and we do not verify it.

Information communities provide

Senior living communities that subscribe provide business information including community name and address, license type and number, care levels offered, pricing ranges, photographs, availability, and move-in offers. Community administrators also provide contact details for their account.

How information is shared

Your information is shared with a community only when you choose to contact them. Browsing, searching, and saving communities does not share anything with anyone.

When you send an inquiry, the community receives your contact details, your message, and whichever preferences you have filled in. Before you send it, the app shows you exactly what will be shared.

Communities may record whether an inquiry led to a tour or a move-in, so that we can report annual results back to them. This is used for reporting only. Communities pay a flat annual subscription and are never charged per inquiry or per move-in.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with placement agencies, advertisers, or data brokers.

Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the app and website, including hosting, database, and authentication providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Information about someone else

Many families search on behalf of a parent, spouse, or other relative. If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so. That person may contact us to access or remove information about them.

Your choices

• You can view and change your preferences at any time in the app.
• You can delete your account, which removes your profile and search preferences.
• Inquiries you have already sent to a community remain with that community, since they are a record of a conversation you started with them.
• You can contact us at any time with questions about your information.

Data retention

We keep account and inquiry information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and preferences. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

Information is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls that limit what each account can see. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Wright Step is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
