These terms govern your use of The Wright Step to Senior Living, a senior living directory operated by MynaCare LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using our app or website, you agree to them.

What we are

The Wright Step is a directory. We list senior living communities and help families find and contact them. We are not a placement agency, a referral service, a healthcare provider, or a licensed care facility.

We do not recommend specific communities to families, and we are not compensated when a family moves into one. Communities pay a flat annual subscription for a listing.

We do not give medical or legal advice

Nothing in the app or on this website is medical, clinical, financial, or legal advice. Decisions about care for yourself or a loved one should be made with qualified professionals who know the situation.

Information about communities

Listing information — including care levels, licensure, pricing, availability, photographs, and move-in offers — is provided by each community. We do not independently verify it, and it may change without notice.

You should confirm licensure, pricing, availability, and services directly with a community before making any decision. Florida licensure can be verified with the Agency for Health Care Administration.

Contacting a community

When you send an inquiry, your information goes directly to that community. What happens after that — whether they respond, what they tell you, what they offer, and whether they can serve your needs — is between you and them. We are not a party to that relationship and are not responsible for it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and do not use the service to harass others, misrepresent who you are, scrape or copy listings, or interfere with the service.

Community subscriptions

Communities subscribe on an annual basis under a separate written agreement. That agreement governs pricing, term, renewal, and cancellation. Subscriptions are flat: there are no per-inquiry fees, no commissions, and no percentage of move-in revenue.

Our content

The name The Wright Step to Senior Living, our logo, and the design and content of the app and website belong to MynaCare LLC. Community listings, including photographs and descriptions, belong to the communities that provide them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MynaCare LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, from information provided by a community, or from your dealings with any community you find through us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated in the app.
